Gone are the days of boring, bland or ultra processed pasta sauces & half-empty jars that leave food waste! This Chimichurri Pesto brings together the herby brightness of chimichurri with the rich, savoury depth of a traditional pesto. Think punchy parsley, sharp garlic, tangy vinegar, and a smooth olive oil base - perfect for swirling through pasta, dolloping on eggs, slathering over toast, or spooning straight from the jar.
Made in collaboration with Saucerer, an incredible independent sauce brand, I’m so proud of this product and working with and the incredible team at Saucerer. Their focus is on good quality ingredients and delicious, versatile sauces and that’s exactly what we’ve created here. The sauce is available on the Saucerer website now.
